Our Services
How We Work
We believe in straightforward pricing and clear communication.
Most of our services are flat-fee, so you know exactly what you're paying before work begins. No billable-hour surprises, no vague estimates that triple by the end.
For standard engagements, we offer flexible payment terms - typically half upfront to begin work, with the balance due at filing. Alternative arrangements available for clients who prefer to pay upfront. For larger or ongoing matters, we're happy to discuss arrangements that work for your situation.
Throughout the process, you'll have direct access to your patent agent. We'll explain what we're doing, why we're doing it, and what to expect next. Our goal is for you to understand your patent - not just receive it.

Patent Filing and Drafting
$6,500 flexible payment terms available
Patent Drafting & Filing
We take your invention from concept to filed application. This includes an initial consultation, professional patent drafting, drawings coordination, and filing with the USPTO.
Half due to begin work, half due at filing - or pay upfront and save $1,500.
USPTO filing fees (typically $800-$1,600 depending on entity size) are separate and billed at cost.
Office Action Response
$2,500 flat fee per response
Most applications receive at least one rejection - it's a normal part of the process, not a setback. We craft strategic responses that address examiner concerns while preserving your claim scope.
Our founder's experience as a USPTO examiner means we know how rejections are written and what it takes to overcome them.
Includes review, amendment drafting, and any necessary argument. Due upon completion.
USPTO fees for extensions, if needed, are separate and billed at cost.
Prosecution Support

Additional services to move your application forward:

After-Final Amendment – $1,500. One more chance to respond before appeal.
Request for Continued Examination (RCE) – $3,000. Reopens prosecution with a new response.
USPTO fees for RCEs (typically $465-$930) are separate and billed at cost.
